WESTHAVEN CSD CIP

A Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is a long-range, multi-year planning instrument used to identify capital improvement projects and to coordinate the financing and timing of those improvements. The primary purpose of the CIP is to assist in the orderly implementation of the broad and comprehensive goals of our CSD, including developing fair and sustainable water rates. Westhaven CSD worked with Rural Community Assistance Corporation to develop this CIP for consideration by the Westhaven CSD’s Board of Directors as they plan for future projects and potential rate increases.
