In recognition of the unexpected and substantial water service charge that may arise due to substantial leaks in water lines or associated water services on a customer’s property, WCSD provides adjustments (reductions) in such leak-associated bills IF such leaks are repaired within a specified time frame following first knowledge of the leak.
